Q1: I am using Internet Explorer and when I click the "Donate" button, I get "Fatal Failure". How can I resolve this?
PayPal requires a cookie-enabled browser to make donations online. By default, all major broswers (e.g. Mozilla, Safari, Chrome etc) accept cookies except IE. Hence, you need to enable cookies in your Internet Explorer browser. After enabling cookies, please make sure to close the current browser and open a new browser session.
Q2: I made sure my browser is set to accept cookies. However, I am still geting "Fatal Failure" when I clicked on "Donate" button. What can I do?
