ORCA USA Chapter shall function as a local chapter of ORCA and shall follow the Constitution of ORCA in principle and ORCA USA Chapter's By-Laws for its day to day functions. This set of ORCA USA Chapter By-Laws shall be supplement to the ORCA Constitution which has been incorporated in the By-Laws as an Attachment.

• The main objectives shall be those of ORCA as outlined in the ORCA Constitution.
• Any article in the By-Laws shall supercede the relevant article of the ORCA Constitution.
• ORCA USA Chapter shall identify, sponsor and fund as necessary social projects in North America or in Bangladesh.
